TRANSITIONS -- Lets Get Real

"Transitions" -- today's word, kids, brought to you by the letters "O," "M," "F," and "G."

Previously on The Blog, I talked about wanting to be more productive, take a new approach to my recent blogging (aka, stop being such a baby about everything) and try to just be a better blogger. Whoo hoo, inspiration! More content! Self-betterment! Just in time for the new year, too. I had this shit all planned out.

Then the biggest life changing decision since moving in with my fiancée three years ago took place: we got an apartment.

Damn, life's exhausting. We're still playing TETRIS with our apartment and various nick knacks that yet to find any surface area/shelving a home, we barely have enough furniture or money to spare for it. We can afford necessities, but the first month is always the most expensive between processing fees, security deposits, and all that stuff -- and for two weeks we were was internet-less in the most bizarre and confusing assembly of mishaps with our service provider. At least my job at PacSun will make it easier to acquire new clothes.

Real life, guys.

All of the pieces, unsettled and uprooted, will soon be slipped back into their new places given time, but they won't be the same. And I feel like this blog won't be, either. My whole life is changing (my bank account is not lucky enough to not apply) and I feel as though the blog needs a little bit of a metamorphosis as well. Once I get everything figured out, there will be a more regular flow of content here once again -- and until then, I do have three outfits on the back burner waiting to be edited and posted.

To start, I am plotting a new name; I have two ideas that I am flopping over. One is great for graphic design, the other is a pun I am fond of:

BONE BROKE
or
Fear and Cloathing

Fear and Cloathing? Get it? I'm all open to your opinions. Leaning toward the latter. Maybe stylize it with "cLoathing" or something. I don't know.

Alls I can think about right now is how awesome the lighting in this living room is; taking indoor blog photos is totally going to happen, especially with all of this snow happening. Sounds like I have a lot of work to do, then.
